Can I change my order?

Once you've placed an order, you can't change it, but you can amend your contact and delivery details – just go to the My Orders page.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the item's not been sent to print.

You can cancel single item orders before dispatch by going in 'My Account' and 'My Orders'. If the cancel option is missing or your order, you can contact us and we'll cancel it and give you a full refund. It's as easy as that.

What if I don't like what I ordered?

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will tell you how to return it or arrange a collection. Once it is returned to us, we will refund you (the initial delivery costs and the return or collection costs are not covered).

What if the item's damaged when it arrives, or I was sent the wrong item?

It is important that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you are not satisfied, contact us.

 

Our team checks your items to ensure they meet the best standards before sending them to you. But if we missed something or sent you the wrong thing, let us know within 14 days. This really helps if you send us some photos of damage or any other problem. Our team will assess your complaint and tell you how to return the item or arrange a withdrawal. We will refund you in full, arrange a repair or order a replacement.

How much do returns cost?

If you need to return an item because it is defective or because of something we did wrong, we will not charge you for the return/collection. But if you return an item because you have changed your mind, the return fee will be your responsibility. Prices vary by country.

How long will my refund take?

For security reasons, we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order.

Typically within 5-7 days, but it may take up to 30. Customers can see their refund policy on the T&Cs they have with their banks.
